Organisations of every kind in the town are signing up to contribute to this one-day exhibition to provide a unique overview of the joy of living in the town.

The aim is to communicate each group’s history and activity and how it fits into the local community . . . but, most of all, how and why it wishes to CELEBRATE ALTON !

YOUR  IDEAS will be best, but here are some of ours you ay like to use or adapt
• Mounted exhibition of photographs / writing / artwork
• 3-dimensional display ( mobiles, sculpture, floor construction)• Audio-visual presentation
• Floor activity ( singing, dancing, mime, mini-drama)
We expect that the first of these, the mounted display, is what most people will go for.
